We have been serving the Construction Industry for around 25 years and throughout this period we have grown from the founding partners, Willard Dougall and George Baillie, to a complement of 30 dedicated and dynamic Engineers.
Our office is in East Kilbride is ideally located to access Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England.
The expansion throughout the years has been relatively gradual to suit our steadily increasing workload over the years. This growth has largely been a result of Client retention and word of mouth. We value our Clients and the volume of repeat business is a good indication that the feeling is mutual. Our staff turnover is very low for the industry, which means that our Clients always have familiar faces and continuity of contacts.
We pride ourselves in having a fairly top-heavy staff structure. This may not seem to be the most cost effective strategy, however it ensures that a Director is in control of each project from start to finish. Throughout the years we have found that this maintains a high level of quality and service!
